The congregation in Ogembo, Kenya, owns land and has a suitable building to meet in; however, there is no direct access to the property, which is difficult, especially since this congregation is responsible for hosting the Feast of Tabernacles for over 100 members each year.
The land adjacent to the hall has been offered for sale, which would be ideal for direct entry, as well as for additional camp grounds for the Feast of Tabernacles. The current property is lacking in a suitable (and close by) restroom facility for the women in the congregation and this addition will provide for this. Ogembo is in a mountainous region, so the members will hand terrace the steeply sloped land, and install retaining walls with brick that they will be making themselves. The estimated cost is $6,000.
