On October 11, 2014 the Myers Brothers performed a special benefit concert at the Feast of Tabernacles in Panama City Beach, Florida. The concert raised just over $12,000 for the Good Works projects taking place in Brazil.
These projects include a borehole well co-sponsored by LifeNets, and farming equipment and instruction co-sponsored by United Youth Corps. Both projects will benefit the citizens of Maloca de Moscou (approximately 625 individuals).
The well has created a supply of fresh, clean, drinking water, and the farming project will focus on teaching sustainable farming practices, how to best utilize soil fertilization techniques, and how best to irrigate in the dry season.
We humbly thank all of those who supported these projects at the benefit concert, as well The Myers Brothers for so generously sacrificing their time and talents to raise money for these projects.
