Angela Helseth was born and raised in South Dakota but moved to Tucson, Arizona two years ago where she currently resides. She has had the immense blessing of being raised in God’s Church and truth and has had many opportunities to attend camps and build strong relationships with God’s people from all over. Angela has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Spanish and currently works in the social service sector for a program called Healthy Families, which focuses on building relationships with at risk families who have children under age five to help the family develop the skills, knowledge, and support to create the best environment for growth and development for their children. Ultimately, she would like to work with adolescents in building long term life skills and creating positive futures for themselves. Angela thrives when outdoors and enjoys a variety of active endeavors such as hiking, camping, biking, rock climbing, etc. She has a passion for all things related to thriving health-wise, especially in the realm of growing, cooking, and eating real food. Angela enjoys being around others, building relationships, and visiting and learning about new places and is especially thankful for the privilege of getting to work with fellow brethren internationally on this project.
