Angela Helseth was born and raised in South Dakota but currently lives in Tucson where she gets to spend a lot of her time doing worthwhile work as a Family Support Specialist, which involves weekly in-home visits with families to support parents in creating the best environment for optimal child development.  Angela is really interested in all things related to real food including growing it, cooking it and eating it and is always reading and seeking to learn more about it. She has been heavily engaged with the United Youth Camps program and strongly believes in the worthiness of what it does. Angela is fluent in Spanish and likes to spend her time being active and outdoors, reading and learning.
